ARI: N/A | CLAA: N/A

Arien is a tall, somewhat gangly looking female. She's mostly legs and neck, though she carries solid bone that is quite fitting for her frame. Fibre-wise, she consistently grows a thick, long fleece with ample coverage, from her nose to her toes, and must be shorn fully each year.

Arien is an unerringly friendly animal. She is the first to greet visitors, and loves any and all attention. She is quick to learn and therefore very easy to train. Arien is as close to "bomb-proof" as an alpaca can get. She does not startle, does not get irritated, and has ever present patience. She will do anything you ask of her with gusto, and is a positive presence anywhere she goes.

A curious soul, the most striking feature one notices with Arien, beyond her nose in your face (which is most often asking for kisses) are her piercing blue eyes. Arien is a blue-eyed-white (BEW), which resulted in her being born with  a higher than average chance of going deaf due to a lack of melanin. She, like many of her BEW counterparts, appears to be hard of hearing, however we are not entirely sure whether this is the case, or whether she is just very accepting of loud noises. Regardless, her suspect hearing has not dampened her outlook on life, as she has grown into a confident, easy-going animal that has is enjoying a successful career in PR, and may one day qualify for therapy work.
